This is an original one of roughly 2500 ever built 1963 FUEL INJECTED Corvettes.
It has the original build sheet from the dealership proving it.
It is also number 380 off the production line, and has the original doors showing, including the gas tank.
The previous owner purchased this car as a driver about 15 years ago.
He is the type of guy who likes to go all out on his builts and get it done perfectly.
This was a frame off restoration that was in the process of being done.
He is by no means an amateur, all the work that was done to the car was done highly professional.
The frame was taken off, powder coated and painted professionally.
It has all new brake lines, brakes and everything associated, shocks, suspension, tires and pretty much everything underneath.
373 Pozzi differential all new.
They found the exact same year and month engine the closest possible, and stamped it to be matching numbers.
327-360 hp Fuel Injection engine.
Paired with a muncie 4-speed transmission.
The transmission was sent to riverside transmission and fully rebuilt, still in its box.
Center force dual disk clutch.
The engine was fully rebuilt with 10-1 in it, and solid lifter cams.
It was done by a corvette specialist shop in redding, CA.
The distributor was also sent in and rebuilt.
New wiring, heater hoses, drive shaft, heater core, weather striping, gas tank, rebuilt steering box, new windshield wiper motors and much more.
Lots of new parts, lots of original parts in great shape.
But over $100K was already put into the car as of this point.
All the windows are there and in good shape.
The soft top frame has been powder coated and painted.
All the emblems, lights, everything is available.
This car should be 100% complete except maybe a carpet kit and soft top material.
The body work is 90% complete, just needs paint, no cracking in the fiberglass or previous damages.
All the major money was already spent on this car, now it needs to be put back together and this can very well be worth over $150K once it's complete.
