I have an EXCELLENT opportunity in a DON role for a growing, stable facility in beautiful Monterey CA. The facility is part of a nationwide organization that is profitable. The census is about 70-80, has a great reputation, and great survey rating. You will work for a supportive administrator and strong team of staff.
The facility has gone under remodeling within the past year or 2 and is beautiful!
The requirements are an RN license, 3 or more years as a DON in a skilled nursing facility, and good communication skills to work well with the staff and families.
The position pays a VERY generous base salary and includes health benefits (after 60-90 days of employment), 401K, disability, and vacation/PTO.
