Sales Manager

This individual will be primarily responsible in developing and implementing product and customer strategies that will lead to increased market share across product lines and consumer segments.
This position will cover the following states: CA, OR, WA, AZ, and CO and will include approximately 35% travel which could include overnight stays.
JOB Responsibilities:
o Ensure customer relations are maintained at a high level, including sales calls and negotiations as necessary.
o Resource for Quality and Warranty Execution
o Create and successfully execute marketing campaigns and materials within budget, including Trade shows
o Provide appropriate product training to distributors and dealers associates
o Assists in the development of, marketing plans, strategies and tactics to expand our business, market share and brand awareness within the market
o Understands defines and communicates trends and opportunities in existing and emerging markets within the territory
o Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or the equivalent education and/or experience
o 2 - 5 years relevant and progressive B2B sales and/or marketing experience
o Working knowledge of product marketing
o Valid Driver's license
o Creative and Resourceful Problem Solving Skills
o Excellent communication skills - internal and external; written and oral, Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Adobe Photoshop
o Advanced organizational and analytical skills;
o Attention to detail and accuracy skills
o Willingness to travel 35%, which could include overnight stays.
o Master's degree
o Understanding of Agricultural applications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
