ESL Instructor

Gphomestay is a sister company of The Cambridge Institute a Boston-based educational service provider that specializes in bringing quality international student homestay and boarding components to private high schools around the U.S. Our worldwide network has brought hundreds of young people from around the world to experience American education and build worldwide connections.
We are currently hiring an ESL teacher to teach international students at our local high school programs.
This part time opportunity is ideal as side projects to supplement the schedule of a part-time or full-time student or professional.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Sensitive to cultural differences
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Access to personal vehicle
- Must live within 40 minutes of location.
- Will not consider candidates who must relocate.
- Academic school year commitment required.
Preferred:
- ESL teaching experience
- Experience in education - 2 years
- Master's or Advanced Degree
- Background in business management and administration
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese
- Travel experience, especially in East Asia

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
