DESCRIPTION
The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall clinical operation of the home care/hospice agency. Key responsibilities involve budgetary, management, leading the activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring growth and profitability of the agency. Candidate will possess the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality levels consistent with professional standards and goals.
COMPENSATION
Base Salary - $100,000 to $108,000
