Job Description:
Ultimate responsible for the overall management of the entire Hospice agency.
Responsible for the effective and efficient use of all resources.
Ensures quality of staff and functions of the company through management of policies and procedures, budgeting, and referral follow-up.
Accomplishes these tasks through teamwork with most efforts spent on Human Resources, Quality of Care, and Customer Service.
Key responsibilities involve budgetary, management, leading the activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring growth and profitability of the agency.
Providing great compassion for the entire agency staff members that provide important hospice care to patients.
Ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality levels consistent with professional standards and goals.
Job Requirements:
Registered Nurse License active and in good standing.
Professional, dependable, able to communicate and report to executives and corporate office.
3
years in an Management / Director role in a hospice setting.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
