Portola Hotel & Spa has exciting new opportunities in the Kitchen department! If you are looking for a rewarding and enjoyable career in culinary, Portola Hotel & Spa is seeking highly motivated, team oriented Cooks to join our team!
Kitchen Cooks will be responsible to prepare, produce and present hot food items for our restaurants in accordance with Portola Hotel & Spa recipe cards and plating guides. Must be able to confidently work on a fast pace hot line and must have basic knife skills. Kitchen experience preferred but not required. Must have the ability to communicate and read in English and have a current food handlers/ServSafe certification card.
