Role: Solution Partner
Responsibilities
-Engage with customer/sales team to understand the problem statement
- Build and own the overall solution blueprint for customer
- Determine the solution offerings and capabilities most applicable to the problem domain of customer
- Determine the engagement approach with customer based on the various possible options
- Identify the contributors required to build the overall solution
- Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders (domain teams, specific technology teams, process teams, infrastructure teams, finance teams etc.) to develop the solution
- Communicate and present solution to internal and customer stakeholders
Requirements
- Self-driven individual who can plan for & lead multiple work-streams independently
- Strong communication skills
- Strong technology background and solution development skills
- Ability to lead high-performing teams
- High energy individual with the ability to manage multiple parallel work streams
- Problem solving aptitude
- Quick learner and adaptive to new challenges
- High degree of mobility for global travel
Experience
- 12-14 years of experience in IT services
- Has played a customer facing role for at least 4-5 years in variety of roles (system analyst/ solution architect/program management, sales engineer for any product etc.)
- Proven track record as a solution architect in solution implementations for at least 4-5 years, able to determine what goes where based on the given problem domain
- Has a technology background and was closely associated with multiple technology implementations or solution exercises
- Has specialized domain expertise in Media & Information Services (or any other related domain)
- Has a good understanding of core IT disciplines/offerings - global delivery model, effort estimation& pricing, business analysis, infrastructure, product development, back-office solutions, process sourcing etc.
Educational Qualifications
Engineering/MBA with Engineering background
Location
Monterey, CA with travels to NYC/Boston
