Upscale Monterey Peninsula Senior Living Community seeks to fill an Exempt position of Director of Environmental Services Direct Grounds, Housekeeping, Maintenance Dept.
Maintain operations in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations.
Coordinate Campus safety, security and vehicle maintenance programs.
Monitor boilers, hot water heaters, water chilling equipment, air handling equipment, fire safety & suppression equipment, emergency power generators and emergency response software and related equipment including security cameras.
Responsible for infrastructures in accordance with all federal, state and local regulations & for managing proposals and bids for construction/repairs & ensuring all contractors are fully licensed.
Assures preventative maintenance, is accountable for department budgets capital, operating, staffing & functions as community Safety Officer; chairs Safety Meetings, conducts mandated safety training as required by Cal-OSHA; maintain training records.
Responsible for in-house fire and emergency response policy and procedures to include community wide training program, all fire safety related equipment inspections.
College diploma or equivalent experience plus 5-10 years increasingly responsible duties in management and technical experience related to maintenance, housekeeping and grounds.
Individual must work overtime, be on-call 24/7 & work weekends & holidays as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
