Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their cases.
Assist in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and courtroom appearances.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
Stay current with legal developments in personal injury law.
Research and analyze legal issues to support case strategy.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
Provide regular status updates to clients and colleagues.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the California Bar.
1-5 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
