On-site$91,716 - $120,132 - Licensed$85,248 - $111,660 - Pre-Licensed Clinical Social Workers providing in-person care in an inpatient unit will receive:
$105,468 - $138,144 - Licensed$98,028 - $128,400 - Pre-LicensedRecruitment and Retention Bonus for clinicians newly hired with the State of CA has been restructured to provide a 1% bonus for the first 7 years, increasing by 1% year over year, maxing out at a 7% annual bonus by year 7.

In this role, you will:
Conduct assessments and summarize case information to use in diagnosis, treatment, and dispositional releaseDiagnose and/or collaborate in the formulation of a diagnosisDevelop, monitor, and modify treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment teamProvide assessments, group therapy, and collateral conferencesDocument and evaluate patients' progress in treatmentCoordinate placement with community resources for patients returning to their communitiesMinimum
Qualifications:
California licensure (pre-licensed CSWs may be appointed, but will be required to obtain licensure)Master's degree from an accredited school of social work, approved by the Council on Social Work Education
