We are a growing door shop looking for an organized and motivated person to assist in the daily shop office functions and customer interaction.
Duties include:
-shipping/receiving -tracking and organizing inventory -researching/ordering door hardware -answering phone calls -packing products to prepare for pick up -prepare and process invoices/credit card charges -assisting clients in person YOUR DAY-TO-DAY Step into the role of a Door Shop Assistant, where your day is a blend of essential responsibilities.
Begin by managing daily deliveries, answering phones, greeting clients and providing crucial support to the shop manager, employees and customers.
Your keen eye ensures precise paperwork, covering everything from documenting received orders to processing returns and updating inventory and door orders accurately.
In this pivotal role, your dedication to teamwork will assist the shop manager with running the shop in an efficient manner.
Requirements:
Be able to work well with a team Prompt arrival is a must Basic computer knowledge - Microsoft Office Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and move heavy objects Good communication skills Strong desire to grow and a willingness to learn something new Experience in a similar role or door shop knowledge is a plus! WORK SCHEDULE This position works a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 9 AM and 5 PM.
