Our Medical Assistants perform a variety of clinical testing procedures and assignments following doctor protocols in a fast-paced environment.
Must be comfortable with direct patient contact and care.
Proficient in translating and with great attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner for efficient department function.
Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff.
Communicate with insurance companies for authorizations for procedures and services.
Maintain and stock exam rooms and procedure areas.
Prep E prescribe queque.
Take inventory for monthly ordering.
Rotation to operate in multiple clinics Monterey and Salinas.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Medical Assistant and graduated from an Medical Assistant course.
Familiarity with patient care, prescriptions, following doctors orders etc.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task with accuracy.
Must be detailed in performing job duties.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and get along well with others and in a team.
Must be reliable with minimal absenteeism.
Bilingual Pay Differential.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
