Our portfolio includes some of the largest and most well-known private residential estates, as well as an award-winning commercial building in the heart of Silicon Valley.
Construction Dispatch Job Summary Schedule and dispatch craft carpentry crews (around 80 people across 25 active projects) Utilize Procore Workforce Planning to push out resource and scheduling information daily Interact daily with Field Management with schedule changes caused by illness, weather, injury, or project schedule shifts Coordinate the delivery of construction materials and rental equipment, ideally through vendors that self deliver Coordinate bi-weekly safety tailgate sessions including collection and warehousing of attendance sign-offs Conduct quarterly inventory of company tools through Hilti On Track system Create and process purchase orders for Subcontracting division Competencies and Experience Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) required Strong communication and detailed follow through Familiarity with dispatch/scheduling function and software is helpful, particularly Procore's Workforce Planning Working knowledge or Word, Excel and Outlook If this opportunity excites you, send your r sum .
