Do you have a positive, friendly attitude and enjoy helping others? If so, then this is the opportunity for you! We are looking for an energetic, customer service-oriented individual to join our team at our premier self-storage facility in INSERT CITY , CA.
Our company is seeking an Office Assistant that possesses great customer service skills, sales abilities to sell vacant self-storage units to new customers, as well be able to perform a variety of administrative duties including opening and closing the property front office and effective cash management.
Must be able to work weekends.
Schedule:
Full-Time 37.
5 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 9-5pm Days Off - Thursday and Sunday Work schedule subject to change based on the facility's needs Essential duties:
-Must be able to perform the company's sales process -Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by providing information about our facility.
-Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service -Provide tenants with move-in assistance Travel:
-Travel locally to make bank deposits, purchase office or other property supplies.
-Attend meetings off-site for the company training.
